A Shove option, Or better yet, a purchasable vehicle that has 0 Cargo, but works as a Tow Truck to pull other vehicles would be cool.

No. Both still have fuel
So, I have managed to get 2 of my vehicles stuck on terraign that won't let them drive. Is there anything I can do to unstuck them?
