Add "service phonebooths" or similar where you can call someone to tow your car to "home" or tow company.
Hide car instantly when ordered and put timer when car will be available.

Yeah maybe. I dont know if there is content after Brightwater but if it took under 2 hours to buy most of the houses then I would assume there is not much to play anymore, maybe few hours?
